Serves 6 to 10

Ingredients:

2 lbs of KM Montana grassfed beef

2 eggs

1 cup of dry bread crumbs

¼ cup onions (chopped finely)

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

¼ tsp white pepper (black pepper also works)

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Then add all of the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix ingredients well with your hands and then shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked all the way through.
