Ingredients:

2 lbs of KM Montana grassfed ground beef

2 Eggs, beaten

1 cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs

⅔ cup of milk

½ cup of chopped onion

3 tbsp. horseradish

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place in a 8×8 baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
