WHY GRASSFED?
In comparison to grain-fed cattle, 100% Grassfed beef is leaner and contains 10 times the level of Beta Carotene, which our bodies convert into Vitamin A, and 3 times the level of Vitamin E. Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a good fatty acid produced in the stomachs of 100% Grassfed cattle, has been found to slow cancer tumor growth and is very high in good Omega 3 Fatty Acids which is beneficial in preventing coronary disease, cancer, and diabetes; the result of evidence-based studies. 100% Grassfed beef also contains Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium because the lush green pastures the cattle graze upon contain these minerals and pass it on to us. Regardless of whether you consume conventional, natural or organic beef – all beef is gluten-free!
